– 250gr of organic soft wheat flour
– 80gr of sugar
– 60ml water
– 60 ml seed oil
– Lemon peel
– milk and cinnamon

– 50gr of sugar

Preparation process for biscuits:

First, combine all the ingredients and knead.


When all the ingredients are well blended, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and create the shapes you like best!

Finally cook for about 15 minutes in a ventilated oven at 180 °.

Procedure for the cream:

Start by separating the eggs and whipping the egg whites. Add the sugar to the egg whites, then add the mascarpone and finally the egg yolks. Leave to rest in the fridge.

Dessert composition:

Soak the biscuits with milk and cinnamon. Alternate layers of biscuits, cream and jam. Decorate as you desire!

– Pomarola from the Bottega di Stigliano
– Pici from Mulino Val d’Orcia
– Garlic




STEP 1 – Peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces. Put the garlic in a pan with the oil and let it slowly brown.

STEP 2 – Add the pomarola and some water to the garlic and cook until it is reduced.

STEP 3 – In the meantime, boil the pici in abundant salted water. Drain and sauté it in a pan with garlic and pomarola.

Orange Tart

The process of preparing our orange tart is very simple and the result … to lick your mustache!


  • 300 g of flour from the Mulino Val d’Orcia
  • 100 ml of oil from the Frantoio Etrusco
  • 120 g of brown sugar
  • 1 egg and a yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • half-orange juice
  • 1 jar of orange jam from La Bottega di Stigliano

STEP 1 – First prepare the short pastry. Sift the flour into a bowl, add half a teaspoon of baking powder, sugar, half-orange juice, an egg and a yolk and oil.



STEP 2 – Start kneading using only the fingertips and when you have obtained a homogeneous mixture let it rest in the fridge for an hour.


STEP 3 – After 60 minutes, with the help of a rolling pin, spread it on a pastry board. Grease a cake pan with a diameter of 28 cm, dust with flour and then place the shortcrust pastry in it, pricking the bottom with a fork.


STEP 4 – Spread over the pastry the orange jam from the Bottega di Stigliano and decorate to taste. Today I decorate with flowers and nice butterflies!


STEP 5 – Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When the cake is cooked, let it cool, sprinkle with icing sugar and … enjoy your tasting!
